How do I get help without leaving the app?

The fastest way to get an answer is the Ask Vitae panel, available on every page. Click the sparkle icon in the top-right corner of the app to open it, then select the Support tab. Type any “how do I…” question and the Support agent will walk you through it step by step.

If you would prefer to speak with a real person, just type “talk to a human” in the Support chat and the agent will connect you with the Vitae team.
